This class combines strength and hypertrophy training designed for those looking to become functionally stronger and look better. We do push & pull training split, targeting specific muscles based on their mechanics to optimise recovery and performance.

Gymnastic
Our gymnastics classes offer a unique blend of strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and mobility. During these classes, you will work on handstands, dips, pull-ups, muscle-ups, etc.

Hybrid-Strength
The goal of the class is to help you master all eight essential HYROX stations. We will help you build strength and be more efficient in each movement.

The class will try to simulate the actual HYROX race and replicate the stress and challenges you will face during the competition day.
