MEMBERSHIP POLICY

1. Membership Usage

   All Reform membership packages are valid for one (1) individual only and are strictly non-transferable, without exception.

2. Membership Type Changes

   Once purchased, the membership type cannot be changed, upgraded, downgraded, or transferred to another membership type.

3. Class Credit Usage

   Class credits may only be used at the branch selected at the time of membership purchase and may not be transferred to any other branch.

4. Membership Validity Period and Freeze Policy

   The membership validity period includes public holidays and national holidays. Members may request a one-time membership freeze with a maximum duration of 14 (fourteen) consecutive calendar days, subject to the following conditions:

   • The freeze request must be submitted prior to the start of the freeze period through Reform's official administrative channels;
   • The freeze may only be processed if no classes have been booked during the requested freeze period (or if any existing bookings have been canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy); and
   • The freeze period may not be split, extended, or converted into any other form of membership extension beyond this provision.
5. Membership Activation Period

   Membership may be activated on the same day as the purchase date, subject to class availability. The latest activation date is within 1 (one) month from the purchase date. Failure to activate the membership within this period may result in the membership being automatically activated in accordance with management policy.

6. Membership Payment

   All membership payments must be made exclusively to the following bank account:

7. Payment Policy

   All payments are final and non-refundable, under any circumstances and for any reason.

8. Final Provision

   By purchasing a membership, members are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable Membership Policies. Management reserves the right to amend these policies when necessary, with notice provided through Reform's official communication channels.
